A 54-YEAR-OLD man died after a two-vehicle collision on Fox Hill Road South on Saturday night.
Police said the crash occurred shortly after 11pm and involved a burgundy 2002 Nissan March and a silver 2015 Nissan Note.
Officers and Emergency Medical Services personnel found the man unresponsive inside the Nissan March, which had extensive front-end damage.
EMS examined him and found no signs of life.
The Nissan Note also sustained extensive damage to its front end.
Its female driver was examined at the scene before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
Police said their initial investigation indicates that the woman was travelling north on Fox Hill Road while the man was travelling south.
It is alleged that the male driver crossed over or deviated into the western lane, resulting in the collision.
The investigation is continuing.
