A 41-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting a 14-year-old girl last weekend.
Prosecutors allege Michael Hall Jr groped the girl in New Providence on September 27. He was arraigned before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
Hall was granted $7,000 bail with one or two sureties and must sign in at the East Street South Police Station every Friday by 7pm. He was warned that his bail could be revoked if he interferes with any witnesses.
His trial is set for February 25, 2027.
Levan Johnson represented Hall, while Reserve Inspector Deveaux prosecuted.
