A 31-year-old Bahamian male was charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
Prosecutors alleged that on August 22, 2026, while in New Providence, Christavo Tucker of 48 Wallnut Street assisted others whom he knew had committed murder for the purpose of helping them avoid due process of law.
His matter will proceed by way of a voluntary bill of indictment.
The case was adjourned to February 18, 2027.
