POLICE are investigating the death of a man believed to be in his mid-60s after his decomposing body was discovered in bushes near Blair Estates on Saturday.
Police found the body on St Andrews Drive, off Village Road, after a concerned citizen alerted them around 10.30am.
The man, described as Caucasian, was wearing a T-shirt, shorts, a black belt and brown shoes.
Emergency Medical Services personnel attended the scene and confirmed that he showed no signs of life.
Detectives processed the scene, and preliminary findings suggest that foul play is not suspected.
