A 22-YEAR-OLD man was accused of assaulting another man with a screwdriver earlier this month.
Prosecutors allege Darnell Farrington assaulted Kanye Mackey with a screwdriver between 3pm and 4pm on October 6.
Farrington pleaded not guilty to assault with a dangerous instrument before Deputy Chief Magistrate Shaka Serville. His police bail was extended, and he is expected to return to court on Friday for his court bail conditions to be determined.
Inspector Cordero Farrington prosecuted the case.
