A MAN was accused yesterday of indecently assaulting his girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter at their East Street home in June.
Prosecutors allege Holland Rolle, 43, inappropriately groped the girl on June 26.
Rolle pleaded not guilty to indecent assault before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
He was granted $7,000 bail with one or two sureties and must sign in at the Carmichael Road Police Station every Friday by 7pm.
Rolle was ordered to live at an alternative residence while on release and avoid contact with the complainant and witnesses. He was warned that failure to comply could result in his bail being revoked.
He returns to court for trial on December 7.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Kendrick Bauld prosecuted the case.
