A TEENAGE male was accused of shooting at a 39-year-old man on Baldwin Avenue last month.
Prosecutors allege the 17-year-old, whose name is being withheld because he is a minor, shot at Turan Pratt while Mr Pratt was walking on August 28.
The teenager elected to have his case heard in the Magistrate’s Court and pleaded not guilty to possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life before Senior Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.
He was granted $5,000 bail with one or two sureties.
Under the terms of his bail, the teenager must sign in at the Nassau Street Police Station every Monday and Friday by 6pm and obey a daily residential curfew from 9pm to 7am.
He returns for trial on November 11.
Inspector Timothy Bain prosecuted the case.
