A MAN was fined $100 after admitting he sent an unsolicited nude photograph to his ex-girlfriend in Acklins over the summer.
Kipling Bullard, 42, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
The court heard that Bullard sent a photograph of his erect genitalia to the woman’s phone on July 23 with intent to insult her.
Bullard accepted the facts and apologised for his actions.
He was ordered to pay a $100 fine or serve one month in prison.
Wallace Rolle represented Bullard.
Reserve Inspector Deveaux prosecuted the case.
