COI’s Lincoln Bain back in court over disputed property ownership
COALITION of Independents leader Lincoln Bain has been ordered by a Supreme Court judge to spell out the basis on which he says he was entitled to enter or occupy two disputed West Bay Street properties and identify documents he says supported another man’s claim of ownership.

THE Coalition of Independents failed to win a seat in yesterday’s general election, but it cemented its status as a spoiler that the major parties can no longer dismiss, siphoning off protest votes that might otherwise have strengthened the Free National Movement, especially in New Providence.
