Why not? infrastructure could well be planned and executed, meawhile the consistent part of the other two pieces, could remain in New Providence. The entire tripartite could do well by allowing diversity between important situational imperatives. We can actually do it, so let's not be stagnant but let's look into it and possibly get it done!

Only if we could be assured that both Alfred Sears and our Gladstone Road public dump would be relocated to Andros too.
