The limited exposure to the virus will allow most people to develop immunity to the virus. Individual immunity at this stage and not heard immunity at this stage. But as more people become exposed/infected with the virus the effects of herd immunity kicks in and the virus will eventually disappear because there are no 'new' bodies to infect.
