This country needs order in every way. People need instruction AND they need to be educated. Many people don't know how to use a roundabout, they don't know when to stop, they don't know where to cross, they don't know when to cross, they don't know jog to cross directly in back or front of the bus they just left, they don't know who has the right of way, they don't know that motorcycles are not licensed to run down the center of the road, on the left side of cars, motorcycles are not allowed to ignore stop signs. They simply don't know.

imo they know, they just choose to blatantly disrespect the rules of the road in the Bahamas. Besides police most of the time dont enforce the rules of the road. I've seen ppl blow through red lights and cops are on the other light like their blind to the fact

Funny how we all know what's right and wrong when we drive in the U.S.

The police are never around and even when they see driving offences taking place they simply ignore them. Cops in cars and motorbikes seem to be too busy doing other stuff and don't enforce the little things.

Yes, yes , yes. The police can not even define traffic enforcement. Everyone in Nassau is in a rush to go no where. Sad case of affairs totally sad. I am more than curious if the honda was over taking another vehicle.

I know this corner well and this is the worst place to attempt to overtake anyone. First there is a median on the East Street Side headed toward Rubis and the corner Zion Blvd is always backed up with traffic turning onto East Steet and headed straight onto Bamboo Blvd. Also the way they re-did the roads there are sidewalks on everyside so no where to even swerve onto to avoid an oncoming vehicle.

Sad but I hope this serves to be a lesson....Bahamians need to learn how to follow road rules. POINT BLANK...
