A MAN has claimed he was robbed at gunpoint after soliciting a ride from a man and woman on Friday.
According to police, the man said he asked for a ride with a woman driver and a male passenger of a grey Honda vehicle shortly after 7pm. While on Yamacraw Road, the male passenger produced a handgun and robbed the other man of cash and other items before putting the victim out of the car and speeding away.
The investigation continues.
