Put a charge in these cancer sticks (a.k.a. cigarettes), joint wrappers and the hard alcohol! Because eventually these people with be adding to the bill by being treated for cancer and kidney failure. Chemo and dialysis can't dun!!!

I agree JB357. Tax the bad habits (smoking, gambling and junk food).
