LEADER of the Official Opposition Loretta Butler-Turner yesterday announced the appointment of Senator Monique Gomez to the post of leader of opposition business in the upper chamber after she was forced to accept the resignation of Democratic National Alliance Leader Branville McCartney.
FNM’s new Senator: No ‘bad blood’ with party leader
MONIQUE Gomez, the Free National Movement’s new senator-designate, yesterday said there is “no bad blood” between her and FNM Leader Dr Hubert Minnis, while insisting that she has “always” done everything in her power to support the party’s leadership.
