Following the shooting of 15 people at a party in Montel Heights where the intended target ran into the crowd, the Commissioner of Police said: “I feel safe and I think you feel safe.” This is a puzzling statement, particularly given the incident being discussed.

It is time to allow law abiding citizens the right to bear arms. The police canjot protect us. The right to bear arms is a fundamental right. I have been followed in my car and it is not a good feeling. Never felt so helpless or affraid in my life. We big up the criminals. The newspapers write about them everyday on front page abd noone can fight back cause they are the only ones with guns.
