THE GOVERNMENT yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Michael Wiener (far right), of 4M Harbour Island Ltd, representing a $150M investment in Harbour island. Accompanying Prime Minister Philip ‘Brave’ Davis (at the microphones) is Clay Sweeting, MP for Central and South Eleuthera (far left) and Attorney General Ryan Pinder (second from right). According to the developer, work has already begun on the project, a 27-acre waterfront development.

Signing allows $150m Briland expansion
THE Davis administration signed an amended Heads of Agreement yesterday with developers behind the Briland Club Residences & Marina development that will allow for the expansion of the Harbour Island-based project, set to cost some $150m.
