Defence Force Commander in quarantine after COVID exposure

Commodore Raymond King

Commodore Raymond King

THE commander of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, Commodore Raymond King, is in quarantine at home after he was exposed to COVID-19.

“Commodore King is experiencing mild symptoms and has been placed on quarantine at home,” according to a statement released from the Cabinet Office on Sunday. “In his absence, deputy commander (of the) RBDF, Captain Shonedel Pinder, will manage the affairs of the defence force during Commodore King’s absence. Commodore King’s immediate members of staff have been placed on quarantine. The office spaces will be sanitized appropriately.”

This comes about two weeks after Commodore King was the first in the law enforcement agency to receive the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine when inoculations were carried out at the RBDF’s base.

As the first in the organisation to get vaccinated, Commodore King encouraged officers and marines to make the right decision.

“As a fighting force where personal readiness is of the utmost importance, it is critical, although voluntary, to consider the implications linked to not being vaccinated, and exposed to the threats in the performance of our duties which require us to interact with other nationals at sea, where the risk is higher,” said Commodore King last month. “I, therefore, encourage other organisational members to follow my lead, as I lead from the front, and accept the vaccine to ensure your readiness as a fit and healthy force.”

So this is part of the big coverup...he's 'been exposed' and is experiencing 'symptoms'...but they won't test him to confirm him as a POSITIVE...COVID is raging through here and government gone quiet.

You really have to wonder. About 3 weeks ago Dr Minnis told us COVID was gone forever. For the 3rd time. I think this is the universe telling these people to stop behaving like God. COVID show up after DAguilar started insinuating that they'd done something innovative to get tourism numbers up. "tourism is hot!". and just like that an invisible bug silenced him.

and still no word on the variant test, after 2 months(?)

Why all goes well, they say they're in charge but of lowest percentage to this date amongst their fellow CARICOM of PopoulacesOrdinary, offered vaccinations.
Well, goin' be tellin', precisely as what they goin' say, two weeks the other side Easter Monday, sprungs and brungs?

That is not a good sign and doesn't inspire morale for taking the vaccine.

It's the poor messaging. The COVID will be gone by summer and we'll have Junkanoo again! That may all happen, but that message was a far cry from the somber tone they should have projected. This vaccine is not a cure. You can still get COVID after being vaccinated. But their uncalled for over-hyping will now have the masses saying, "see, I tell yuh it was fake"

The vaccine protects you from severe symptoms and death. It doesn't stop you from getting Covid. That's why the CDC recommends mask wearing even after vaccination.

See, like TIO says above, people will say it is fake.

I know two elderly who were vaccinated and died from covid.

I am horrified of the methods used to convince people to take the vaccine. Trying to shame them and hiding the fact that you can still catch covid after that.

Bahamas Christian Council while back Covid vaccine is blind sided to the question of their deeds as citizens with four million tourists pay up to $200.00in Covid taxes. The DNA with genuine BCC needs to launge enquiry into mins and Opposition links to billions of Caesar money. BCC rather than wearing a halo around their heads are wearing blobs, blindsided by this evil dictatorship.

In Jesus Christ's name, BCC with Archbishop must be careful of Caesar then question whether they agree to to his taxes upon the poor Bahamians only wishing to travel and are exorbitantly taxed by Covid and the profits go wherever. Cristian Activision according to Christ must question human leadership and the works of Satan during this Covid pandemic as prescribed by The Pope. Amen.

The vaccine , like the earlier post mentioned, does not stop the transmission of covid, it stops the severe symptoms. Now, this is a.good test case. If he had to be hospitilized, that will be a problem. We must watch this one.

Like the number of serious blot clot incidents, the number of persons who get vaccinated yet still manage to become acutely ill from the Communist China Virus more than two weeks later, requiring hospitalization possibly leading to death, will be a most closely guarded state secret by many governments around the world.

The number of "serious blood clot incidents" equals 0.00000003% of the total reported vaccinations disseminated. Easy there, Ivan Johnson.

Are you sure? That looks an awful lot like the very low percentage of the earth's population that died from influenza this past flu season thanks to all of the mask wearing and social distancing. Thanks to corrupt governments around the world partnering with greedy big pharma, sinister big bio-tech researchers and evil multi-billionaires fearful of uncontrollable global over-population, our own natural immune systems are being greatly weakened. Could that possibly be by design?

Don't forget, full protection (for 95% of people receiving the vaccine) occurs 2 weeks AFTER receiving the second dose, or 4 weeks after for the single dose J&J vaccine. And, to correct the other misinformation, The Pfizer, Moderna & AZ vaccines protect 95% of those vaccinated from getting COVID, and 100% from getting severe symptoms that require hospitalization. These numbers are 65% & 100% for the J&J single dose vaccine. Your other statement about the vaccines not stopping transmission of the virus is correct (at least for the time being until more data has been gathered)

As you no doubt appreciate, many of us have good reason not to be so trusting of just about anything big pharma and big bio-tech, in partnership with big governments, put out there for public consumption. Haven't you noticed you get more info on potential side-effects of a medication from a TV commercial? But I guess that's because big pharma and big bio-tech don't enjoy the same government granted immunity from prosecution for their other products as they do from these new vaccines.

Selling the fear of imminent potentially agonizing death from an invisible enemy seems to have become a highly profitable business model. Thankfully most life insurance policies have an exclusionary clause for pandemics that prevents life insurers from similarly profiting off of deliberately keeping the fear factor at the highest level possible.

Many of us who are old enough to remember have very fond memories of how easy it was to travel before 911 came along. That tragic event proved to corrupt politicians and their greedy corporate financial backers around the world that no major crisis should ever be allowed to go to waste by those interested in bigger government and greater profits. The same will hold true for this man-made pandemic. Corrupt politicians and bureacrats know only too well that mischievously ratcheting up fear and keeping it well above warranted levels is the best means by which they are able to strip individuals of their civil rights and liberties. And we've certainly seen plenty of outrageous population control at play the world over since February 2020.
