GOVERNOR General Sir Arthur Foulkes was the guest speaker at the graduation ceremony of Florida Memorial University's Fall commencement ceremony on Saturday.
Sir Arthur and Lady Foulkes left Nassau on Friday to attend the ceremony and will return on Wednesday, December 14.
During Sir Arthur's absence Frank H Watson was appointed to act as Deputy to the Governor General.
