Passing your house to get home

EDITOR, The Tribune. IN REGARDS to the new roads that are being created to benefit the Bahamian's living standards there are some downfalls that are occurring with this change. One issue that is rearing its head to me is that before one road is finished another one is started which blocks up more roads, causing excessive, detours. With the excessive detours, you may actually have to pass your house to get home. While this is happening, there are no emergency exits along the roads that are still under construction. Now, while these new road improvements are occurring, you have many accidents that are happening because of the new roads. There needs to be more guidance with helping them understand and prepare for the new roads. I was born in The Bahamas, but now I am attending college in West Palm Beach.
