'That board will be responsible for the overall management of the affairs of Pinewood Gardens. 'It is a concept that I ran on and a lot of the residents really loved it. 'Money does not trump getting on the ground shaking hands touching people and touching people's lives. 'People think that they can get there at the last minute and pump a lot of money on the ground and beat another candidate but it doesn't happen like that.
