Police issue bulletin in search for men

By CELESTE NIXON Tribune Staff Reporter cnixon@tribunemedia.net POLICE have issued an all points bulletin for three men in connection with various crimes. Investigators are asking the public for any information which may assist them in their search for Andre Wallace, 24, Scott Harris, 25, and 40-year-old Jason Sands. Wallace, alias "Mugs", is wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of Leontis Louis, who was killed at Palmetto Avenue, off East Street, on September 15. Police also want to question Wallace about the death of 17-year-old Candice Major, whose body was discovered in Blue Water Cay on December 2. Wallace's last known address was First Street, Coconut Grove. He is described as armed and extremely dangerous with a medium build, dark brown complexion and 5'9" tall. Harris, of Pine Yard Road, Sea Breeze, is wanted for questioning in reference to Stealing by Reason of Employment. Harris is 6'3" tall and was described as having a medium build and dark brown complexion. Sands, a Domingo Heights resident, is wanted for questioning in a fraud and theft matter. He is of medium build, with a dark brown complexion and is 6'1" tall. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of any of these suspects is asked to contact police at 911, 919, the Central Detective Unit at 502-9991, 502- 9910 or Crime Stoppers at 328-TIPS.
