BEFORE the rain came at the Baillou Hills Sporting Complex on Saturday, a limited number of games were played during the second week of the Baptist Sports Council's 2012 Basketball League. Here's a summary of the games played: Temple Fellowship 41, St John's No.2 29 Tamico Coakley scored 13 points, Dominique Bethel had 12 and Edajh Fox 10 as Temple Fellowship stayed unbeaten in the 15-and-under division. Sylvester Moss scored 13 and Brentino Nottage 10 in a losing effort. Temple Fellowship 40, St John's 38 Jason Cambridge scored 10 points and DeShawn Dames had six in the win. Marvin Josey scored a game high 14 in the loss. St John's 17, ENYPD 13 Jamal Simon scored eight and Devaughn Nixon had seven in the win for St John's No.1 15-and-under. Justin Ferguson scored seven in the loss. Macedonia 35, Mt Nebo 20 (19) Delano Knowles came up with 16 and Karon Pratt had six in Macedonia's second straight win. Percy Rolle had seven in the loss.
