A 32-year-old man was shot dead in the early hours of Monday morning. Preliminary police reports indicate that the victim was at his apartment at St. Albans Drive, shortly after midnight, when he was approached and subsequently shot multiple times to the body. Police are investigating and are appealing to members of the public who may have any information regarding this or any other incident to contact police at 919, 322-3333/4, the CENTRAL DETECTIVE UNIT at 502-9991, 502-9910 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS.
