IT'S SO exciting when an ingenious new solution is proposed for a vexing and persistent old problem.
However, it's just astonishing that, until now, no other politician ever thought to solve our broken education system in such a deceptively clever way - by simply throwing an additional $200 million of the taxpayers' hard-earned money at it each year.
