Man gunned down

POLICE are calling on anyone with information regarding a deadly shooting over the weekend to come forward immediately.

The victim, a 25-year-old Nassau East man, was shot just after 9pm on Saturday while in Kemp Road.

According to initial reports, the victim was walking south from White's Addition when he was approached by two men in a champagne coloured Honda.

While the details of the incident are still vague, police think one of the men shot the victim with a handgun before the vehicle sped off.

The victim was rushed to hospital by paramedics, but was later pronounced dead.
