FREEPORT – Ronald Osias was charged with murder in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Osias, 26, of Colony Club, Freeport, appeared in court three before Deputy Chief Magistrate Helen Jones.
It is alleged that on July 13, the accused, while concerned with another, intentionally caused the death of 27-year-old Calvin Stuart.
He was not required to enter a plea to the charges.
Two weeks ago, Osias’ brother, Denie Osias, was charged in Stuart’s murder.
Magistrate Jones denied Osias bail and adjourned the matter to October 2 for a preliminary inquiry.
