Environment Minister Kenred Dorsett is looking at proposals to save BEC 100 million dollars annually. Really!
We would implore him to please make haste as we pray some of that hope and relief stuff will soon trickle down to the rest of us, the BEC fuel surcharge currently accounting for no less than two thirds of our bill.
Perhaps collection of some of the larger and more obvious delinquent accounts, some government and politician's accounts come to mind, would provide a more immediately available windfall.
