THE writer of “Fight in the church” uses Revelation 12:17 to justify the appalling actions of a group of sacreligious nutcases , fighting over the possession of a church.
A once-esteemed columnist uses that, oh so often, misquoted, “Render unto Caesar...” to justify his almost religeous championship of the proliferation of webshop gambling.
I hope to God that Gays and proponents of Drug Legalisation won’t stumble upon a quote from the Bible that could be construed as suggesting a psychedelic reward for homosexuality: Leviticus 20:13 which says, “If a man lies with another man he should be stoned.”
