A PORTION of the Seahorse Institute was destroyed by fire early this morning.
The fire at the special needs training centre was contained to the largest room, and burned for about three hours, according to officials.

My two children have autism and attend Seahorse Institute.
The Seahorse Institute is a non for profit division of the Caribbean Center for Child Development which provides day programs for children with Autism and related disabilities.
