GAMETIME: Eliminations have begun and the contenders have narrowed down in the 28th Annual Father Marcian Peters Basketball Tournament as the top teams position themselves to capture the divisional awards. Several teams, including Teleos in the senior girls divison and North Andros in the primary boys, were eliminated in Wednesday’s session. In the junior boys division, Teleos, West Minister, AF Adderley, North Andros and Arthur’s Town are gone. The semifinals are scheduled to be played today and all championship games are set for Saturday. In the senior girls division, three teams were eliminated and six remain in the junior girls division. The three senior girls teams are CI Gibson, CR Walker and Temple Christian. Eight teams remain in the hunt for the primary boys title.
