Re: New rules considered for horse welfare.
As a people, it seems that many Bahamians are not yet enlightened enough and mature enough to handle the privilege of “dominion” over animals (Genesis 1:26). Also, if the daily headlines are anything to go by, we often don’t do very well with human interactions either.
