The course got started on Sunday and will run through Saturday. It's designed specifically for sprints and hurdles, both areas of specialty for Grant and Woodide.

Both coaches, who were afforded full scholarships to attend the course, were members of the Bahamas team that competed at the IAAF World Championships in Athletics in Daegu, South Korea last year.

While Grant, a coach with the Ambassadors Track Club, was the head coach of the team, Woodside, who coaches the Monica Track Club, made history as the first Bahamian female to coach at that level.
