POLICE have identified the off-duty reserve officer who was shot and killed outside the Prince Charles Drive Superwash last Thursday night.
He was Police Constable Dennis Clarke, 56, of Kennedy Subdivision. A 22-year-old man of Springfield Road will be arraigned in court this morning in connection with that homicide.
Meanwhile, officers are still uncertain of the circumstances surrounding the Sunday night murder of a 47-year-old Washington Street man.
The shooting reportedly occurred around 10:15 pm at Washington Street off Cordeaux Avenue.
