Let's call them the "fantastic four."
In a heart wrenching nail biter on Sunday night, the team of 10-year-olds Shamar St Rose (free), Christopher Neil (back), Samuel Gibson (fly) and Izaak Bastian (breast) took home the gold in the 9-10 boys' 200m medley relay in the 2012 Royal Bank of Canada National Swimming Championships at the Betty Kelly-Kenning Aquatic Centre.
The Barracudas swimming quartet broke the Bahamas, Open and Nationals record in a blistering 2:26.31 seconds - the old record (2:30.50) was held by Meshach Roberts, Dionisio Carey, Cedric Bowe and Gershwin Greene in 2008.
Swift's Peter Morley, Luke Thompson, Joshua Murray and Mark Thompson won silver in 2:26.83. Third place went to Freeport Aquatic Club's Brahm Najman, Vjaughn Ingraham, Rhys Storr and Shimon Lopez in 3:06.35 and Dolphins' Andre Walcott Richard Russell, Dante Cooper and Ricardo Jolly were fourth in 3:10.05.
Swift swimming club won the overall meet, followed by Barracudas in second and Dolphins in third.
