THERE is no stopping the talented Bahamian artist Angelique Sabrina. The pop princess, as her fans are now calling her, recently released a new song, "Steal The Show", featuring Jamaican dancehall artist Cecile.

The new release comes on the heels of her popular dance tune and music video for "Pull Up", premiered exclusively on MTV Buzzworthy. As a result, the 14 year old entertainer landed a collaboration with Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer Cecile.

MTV Buzzworthy is the place where emerging or underrepresented artists have the opportunity to premier their videos online.

Catching up with Angelique, she told In Ya Ear that lately she has been caught up with doing a lot of performances and she is so excited that people are enjoying Pull Up as much as they are. "It's really amazing to see where we've come from creating Pull Up in the studio to the release," she said.

She said her new single "Steal The Show" is simply about having a great time.

"It's about going to a party and not letting anyone get in your way of having a great night, holding on to the person you are with and stealing all the attention because you are having such a great time," said Angelique.

"It is already playing in Europe and Africa in addition to the Bahamas. The song has already gotten so much feedback and when the music video is released for it, it'll just be magnified. Fans are absolutely loving it and I've been hearing that it's getting them up and moving and that's exactly what I wanted," she said.

Working with Cecile has been a great experience, she said.

“I love meeting new artists and getting their interpretation and take on a track. Cecile is an amazing artist and I was so excited and honored to have the chance to work with her," she said.

She added that while this is a big milestone in her music career, Cecile is not the first international artist that she has had the opportunity to work with.

"I've worked with a lot of international people in the business on the whole like Shontelle and producer Rockwilder. One day I would love the be able to sit down in the studio and write with Bruno Mars or Frank Ocean. I think they are amazing," said Angelique.

"I think that the world is very excited about the whole island sound at the moment and that the islands have so much talent and potential," she said.
