BAHAMIAN realtor, Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, has expanded its Abaco presence by adding a husband and wife team to its staff.
Chris and Tara Claridge, the owners of Out Island Internet (OII), will now bring their knowledge of the Abaco islands and numerous contacts to the Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty network, said president Mike Lightbourn.
Their backgrounds are in business, computer technology and real estate, and work with OII takes them across the Abacos.
Mr Lightbourn said: "Chris and Tara are naturals to the industry.
"They have a solid background in real estate and business, numerous contacts and impressive entrepreneurial skills. We're excited that they're now part of our team."
The company now has five resident agents in Abaco, as well as offices in Nassau, Abaco, Exuma and Long Island, and agents scattered throughout the Bahamas.
