Where have Nottage's principles gone?

EDITOR, The Tribune.

I THOUGHT that Dr BJ Nottage was a different kind of person and PLP. He always came across as a nice person. I remember what he used to stand for when he was head of the CDR.

In my opinion he is now just like the rest of the PLP, seemingly incompetent with a don't care attitude. When he was Minister of Health, he failed to get National Health Insurance in place. Now he seems to want to be soft on criminals. Is it because of the area he represents where some of the boys on the block are upset about tougher sentences? The new Minister says that he wants to review some of the tougher sentences.

Now as the Minister who oversees ZNS, he presided over the firing of Chrissy Love. B.J. Nottage is turning out to be a big disappointment to me. Where are all of those principles he had when he led the CDR? I have to only guess that he never really was what he claimed to be.
