A MAN accused of two separate murders had one of his cases fast tracked to the Supreme Court yesterday.

Anton Wright, 31, of East Street South appeared before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez yesterday for the presentation of a Voluntary Bill of Indictment (VBI) concerning the February 28 murder of 38-year-old Shamalle Ferguson.

When he was arraigned in July in connection with the fatal shooting, he was not required to enter a plea.

His other VBI, in connection with the May 9 murder of 28-year-old Dean Webster, was not ready yesterday according to Crown prosecutor Raquel Whyms.

The prosecutor asked the court for more time to produce that Bill.

Chief Magistrate Gomez granted the request and the VBI presentation was stood down to February 18, 2013.

Wright was not represented by an attorney.
