Last week’s episode of X Factor USA was as bad as a rotten movie. The show cut in and out, and was interrupted at one point by a baseball game.

Viewers took to their social network pages to complain about what was going on. One viewer said: “Smack dab in the middle of the show we are watching baseball. What is going on with FOX Network?”

Another viewer said:

“I thought we were getting to see all the contestants going to the live shows. Is it just my TV or is there anyone else having this problem with their FOX Channel?”

According to the blog site, neonlimelight.com: “When the rain descended upon St Louis, causing a delay in game three of the NLCS match between the St Louis Cardinals and the San Francisco Giants, this put Fox’s showing of last night’s (October 17) episode of the X Factor USA in jeopardy.”

The cuts came right before the judges - Demi Lovato, L A Reid, Simon Cowell and Britney Spears - made their cuts to the house rounds.

Even though the episode cheated viewers, in the end, the top picks were still revealed. Britney picked her teens; L A pick his over 25s and Demi pick at least two of her young adults.

The full episode of the Judge’s Houses is set to air this week.
