THE verdict in the four-year-old Lamm drug case is expected to be handed down today in Magistrate’s Court.
Carlos Lamm, a 43-year-old who heads JFK Construction, will learn whether or not Deputy Chief Magistrate Carolita Bethell will acquit or convict him of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply as charged.
It was claimed that sometime in 2008, Lamm had three and a half pounds of marijuana with intent to sell.
The contractor denied the charge and maintains his innocence.
