THE Gladstone Road based food wholesaler Bahamas Food Services (BFS) may have a perspective buyer as some in the business community have suggested, although BFS manager Don Carnine told Tribune Business that he had no knowledge of such developments.
One source told Tribune Business: "I have heard that there has been interest in buying BFS. I understand that a major company wants to purchase it". While several other sources within the business community have also suggested there has been in purchasing the company, BFS manager Don Carnine said that he had no knowledge that the company was on the market.
When contacted by Tribune Business Mr Carnine stated bluntly: "I don't know anything about that."
