DRUG Enforcement Unit officers found two pistols in bushes off Carmichael Road on Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the weapons were discovered near a Haitian Village on Mildred’s Close at around noon.
DEU officers also arrested three men after discovering a quantity of suspected marijuana.
The men were detained for questioning in three separate incidents on Wednesday.
Police also captured suspect Keston Pinder of James Cistern, Eleuthera.
On Monday, police issued a wanted bulletin for Pinder, who they want to question in connection with a shop breaking and stealing case.
Eleuthera police arrested the suspect around 11am on Tuesday at James Cistern.
