The body of a man and a vessel were discovered on the beach in the Holmes Rock area early Tuesday morning.
It is believed that the victim might have been involved in a suspected human smuggling operation.
The body was discovered sometime after 6am. Police were dispatched to the scene and investigations are continuing into the matter.
