Caves Heights sees increased activity

CAVES Heights has seen a major increase in real estate inquiries through November and into December, resulting in seven condo sales over a three-week period.

Caves Heights Oceanfront Condominiums, a gated community of two, three and four-bedroom penthouse condos, said the sales activity was a “great indicator” for the upcoming year.

“We have sold a number of two and three-bedroom condominiums, as well as four-bedroom penthouse units. However, the 2,439 square foot, three bedroom Monaco unit has been one of our absolute best sellers and we only have a few more of these condominiums left for sale. These units offer a beautifully open and spacious floor plan, with spectacular panoramic ocean views from its over-sized covered balconies. The price ranges from $795,000 - $1.035 million,” Caves Heights management reported in a recent release.

The company is now obtaining occupancy permits for the last phase of Caves Heights, and said: “We are also experiencing great activity in Caves Village, where our office and retail spaces are 98 per cent leased.”

Gustaf Hernqvist, vice president of sales and marketing for Caves Heights, told Tribune Business in an earlier interview that sales at Caves Heigths were strong for 2013, having exceeded last years numbers.
