THE Islands Of The Bahamas will receive prominence during the Miami Dolphins vs New York Jets game on Sunday (December 29) at Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Prime Minister Perry Christie is expected to make a presentation of a grand prize trip to The Bahamas from the field at halftime. Christie will be accompanied by Minister of Tourism Obie Wilchcombe.
During the Bahamas Day Game, thousands of Dolphins fans will be given the opportunity to experience Bahamas domination on the 100 level of the stadium.
The pageantry on the 100 level includes the wrapping of the entire area, including walls and pillars of Bahamas themed posters, including the “Behold” posters of Shakara and Rick Fox.
The Bahamas’ domination of the area also includes Bahamian music and “Bahama Mama” drinks available at the bar.
