A MAN was killed in Abaco when his car crashed into a utility pole, police reported over the weekend.
The incident took place on Sunday at around 3:20am on the corner of Forest Drive and Southside Road in Murphy Town.
Responding officers found the grey 1990 Ford Mustang against a BEC pole and the driver still inside. He was unresponsive.
Paramedics and a local doctor were called, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not yet released his identity.
It was Abaco’s second traffic fatality for the year.
