FOUR people are in hospital after separate shooting and stabbing incidents yesterday.

Police are also searching for four men in connection with separate incidents of armed robbery and home invasion.

In the shooting matter, gunshots were fired after two women got into a fight at an East Street south night club sometime around 2am. Two men and a 26-year-old woman received gunshot injuries as a result, and were taken to hospital by ambulance.

In the stabbing incident, a 33-year-old woman was attacked shortly after 2am.

The victim, a resident of Ridgeland Park West, was stabbed multiple times about the body while on Ragged Island Street.

According to police, she was taken to hospital by a private car and is in serious condition.

Police are searching for two men in connection with a robbery at a Lincoln Boulevard shop on Saturday.

According to reports, two masked armed men entered the store demanding cash shortly after 5pm.

The culprits escaped in a gold coloured Honda with an undisclosed amount of cash.

In the home invasion, two men entered a West Bay Street home and tied up its occupants sometime around 3am on Sunday.

The burglars stole jewellery, iPhones, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Later that day, police recovered a quantity of suspected marijuana during a search of a home at Market and Fowler Streets on Saturday. The suspected drugs were seized shortly after 5pm by Mobile division officers; however, no arrests were made.

With the last report, how do you search a home, find suspected drugs and make no arrest? Home - means somebody lives there aye, or is the reporter choice of words poor? Cause I don't think our trained police would enter the HOME of someone without them being there.
