FREEPORT – Four men are expected to be arraigned in the Eight Mile Rock Magistrate’s Court today in connection with the murder of Christopher Outten. Outten, 51, was shot and killed outside his home in Deadman Reef in January.
According to police, Mr Outten and his wife had just pulled up to their home when they were approached by a man dressed in black and armed with a handgun.
Mr Outten was described as the owner or employee of a Cash For Gold business on the island.
He was the brother of former PLP senator Caleb Outten and Rev Simeon Outten
