CASH N Go/Bill Express, a franchise of the popular Cash N Go money transmission business, has created six jobs with the launch of its first outlet.

Its manager, Astrid Rolle, yesterday told Tribune Business the company was looking to capitalise on the customer traffic generated from the Bahamas Telecommunications Company’s (BTC) new franchise store on Prince Charles Drive, which is next door.

“When you come in to pay your BTC bill you can walk right across and pay your BEC bill, and you can also send money, so it’s almost like a one-stop shop,” said Ms Rolle.

“We are a subsidiary of BAF Global Group, and we are a franchise of Cash N Go. We offer the same services as Cash N Go, and just as how BTC is doing its franchises to ensure they have full across the board coverage, we want to do the same thing.”

Ms Rolle added: “We were just recently given the exclusive rights to be the payment centre for the US embassy, so we thought it would be fitting for us to be out in the Prince Charles area and we would be able to tap into that.

“This is our first location so far, and hopefully there will be more to come. With the opening of this outlet we created six jobs.”

The Cash N Go/Bill Express outlet will operate adjacent to BTC’s latest franchise store on Prince Charles Drive. That store is owned by BFG Services Ltd.
